Characteristic

ORLEvanceTASTE+ is a premium-quality propylene glycol intended for applications in the food industry, produced at our modern facility in Trzebinia.Obtained from certified plant-based raw materials through the catalytic reaction of technical glycerin with hydrogen and advanced vacuum distillation, it is characterized by exceptional purity, stability, and reproducibility of parameters, ensuring reliable quality across a wide range of applications. HALAL and KOSHER certificates confirm compliance with international standards, opening access to the most demanding markets.

The carbon footprint of glycol produced by ORLEN Południe is approximately 70% lower compared to propylene glycol produced by conventional methods using fossil raw materials.*

*Carbon footprint calculated using EN 15804 + A2 methodology with respect to „from cradle to plant gate” using a cut-off criterion of 1% m/m and agreed exclusions. Calculations based on 2024 data, compliant with ISO 14040, ISO 14044, ISO 14067 standards and verified by a third party.
