Characteristic

ORLEvanceS-PURE+ is a premium-grade propylene glycol with a guaranteed purity of 99.8%, designed for the most demanding pharmaceutical applications. It is obtained through the catalytic reaction of technical glycerin with hydrogen and manufactured at our modern facility in Trzebinia. Precise purification and distillation processes ensure excellent stability of parameters and full batch-to-batch consistency. HALAL and KOSHER certificates confirm compliance with international standards, enabling access to the most demanding markets.

The carbon footprint of glycol produced by ORLEN Południe is approximately 70% lower compared to propylene glycol produced by conventional methods using fossil raw materials.*

*Carbon footprint calculated using EN 15804 + A2 methodology with respect to „from cradle to plant gate” using a cut-off criterion of 1% m/m and agreed exclusions. Calculations based on 2024 data, compliant with ISO 14040, ISO 14044, ISO 14067 standards and verified by a third party.
