NEV/NEV light fraction


Characteristic

It is a component of atmospheric residue obtained during the distillation of crude oil together with lighter fractions. The product is characterized by a low content of sulphur, coking residues and metals such as sodium, iron, vanadium and nickel. The NEV fraction is used as a feedstock for further specialized refining processes, including catalytic cracking.
